Portable Apps for the PC

One of the most innovative ideas for saving money is to better use of the computers we have and have access to. Why not setup your own apps on a portable flash drive or hard drive and then wherever you go you can have your contacts, email, files and internet settings. Then you can just plug in your drive and have your own virtual computer to use wherever you are. Use the hardware that is there. A flash drive or small usb hard drive is a lot cheaper and a lot easier to carry around then a laptop, and holds a lot more than any PDA can.
